Guild Rules For Invictrum

General Rules

  1. Respect -- We treat all persons on our server with respect regardless of guild.

  2. Honor Always -- Issues such as disruptive begging, unfair crafting practices, exploiting game mechanics or using illegal means to gain advantage, rolling for/taking raid drops, when the character you have on the raid can not immediately use the item, and so on, are expressly frowned upon and will be subject to removal from the guild. (If the group is in consensus that alts can roll for the item, or encourages you to keep the item, that is fine, but all raid drops should immediately be offered to the best class that can use them.)

  3. Powerlevelling Policy -- Although we often hunt together as a group for fun and fellowship, we are not a "powerlevel" guild. Assistance is often freely offered, but should never be expected or demanded. We all hunt with our brothers and sisters of Invictrum because we like to, but at times other priorities may be in the forefront. You are always responsible for your own grouping needs.

  4. Be Friendly -- We are a non-elitist guild and all our raids can be made open to all members of the server, though this is not required. It is encouraged to take other players into your group if you have room and the raid you are on can feasibly support another group member. In combat, it is also highly encouraged to take in anyone until you have a full group, regardless of their training, class, or level. This encourages fellowship, and any help is good help.

  5. Crafting Policy -- Crafters are on hand to provide a variety of goods. However, courtesy in always offering a fair price and tip is expected, again to show our honor amongst our brethren.

  6. Switching Guilds -- We realize that people's goals and ideals change over time. If at any time, you find another guild that is more suitable to your quests in the lands of Hyboria, we extend our blessings to you with no ill will. Please notify the guild of your intention to seek a new family, and you will be given honor and best wishes on your continuing journey. While it is highly encouraged to keep your alternate characters in the family as well, this is not a requirement.

  7. Age -- We require everyone in Invictrum to be 18 or older. If you are found out to be younger than 18 you will be asked to leave the guild immediately. If you do not leave we will be forced to kick/ban you from Invictrum and all it's entities.

  8. Guild Chat -- Although Age of Conan is a "M-Rated" game, Invictrum guild chat will be kept moderately clean of "colorful" language and prohibits the use of insulting words based on race, sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, religion. Discussions about politics and religion are to be taken to a private channel. We are all adults, we don't need to express ourselves with 4 letter words.

  9. Inactivity -- You are considered inactive if you have not logged into one of your Guilded Characters (Main or Alts) for more than 45 days. At that time, your Main and Alts will be removed from the guild and your status on the forums will be set to Visitor. If you explain your situation before the 45 days then an exception can be made. Activity is defined as either playing on your Main or Alt characters. Forum activity does not count although it will be taken into consideration.

Guild Bank Rules

  1. All items or coin deposited in the Guild Bank become the property of the Guild and will be regarded as communal property. By making a deposit you are surrendering all claims to said property.

  2. The Guild Leadership will reserve the right at its sole discretion to dispose of any item(s) which in their sole opinion needs to be removed to make room for new materials. These items and/or resources will be sold and the resulting coin deposited to the Guild funds.

  3. Items that remain unclaimed for a large period of time will be sold at the Tradepost with the resulting coin being deposited to the Guild Funds.

  4. Guild Funds are used for the construction of the Guild City and its various Tiers. Funding will not be made available for the purchase of Tradepost items and mounts.

  5. *All members ranked Chiliostys and up can request items from the Guild Bank. Limited to 2 withdrawals per day per Main character. And 1 withdrawal of a Rare item every other week.

  6. All Resources requested should be immediately usable. Members are not allowed to Reserve higher levels Items by withdrawing them early on.

  7. Guild Bank and storage space is limited. We welcome the deposit of Resources, Coin and Consumables. Also Crafted socketed weapons/armor and Blue dropped weapons/armor. Do Not deposit trash drops.

  8. Deposited Consumables will be handed out at Guild Raids and Guild PvP events and have to be requested prior to said events by those in charge.

  9. The Guild Bank will hold Resources and Coin for our Guild City in the viewable Tab at the Tradepost. All other items and resources will be taken and stored by Executive Resources Officer Unah. You can view these items via our Guild Resources Forum.
  10. Members are not allowed to withdraw items and/or resources and hand it to friends outside of the Guild or other Members. Nor do we allow the usage of Guild Resources to craft items for friends outside of the Guild or to sell at the Tradepost.

  11. Guild Leadership will monitor incoming and outgoing items and resources. Members consistently withdrawing large amounts of resources and items may be questioned by the Guild Leadership.

  12. Your usage of the Guild Bank will be understood that you do so knowing these Rules.

  13. Use of the Guild Bank is at all times to be regarded as a privilege and not a right.
* Withdrawals for basic resources go in stacks of 20 per resource, so with a limit of 40 resources per day per main character.

** Withdrawals of reagents that are limited in stock, read not rare but limited, will be handed out per single piece.

*** Withdrawals of armor and weapons are limited to once per day per character. Meaning you can pick a stack of resources plus one piece of armor, for example, but not 2 pieces of armor or a piece of armor and a weapon.

**** Executive Officer Unah holds the right to, at any time, use her discretion on limited resources currently in storage.

Loot Rules

  1. Group loot will be set to need before greed: any item that has a rarity of green or higher will be rolled for.

  2. A member can only roll need on an item if they are immediately able to use said item.
    • This also applies to players who are being apprenticed to higher levels.
    • If nobody can currently use the item, those who can eventually use the item on their main character may roll need at the group leaders' discresion.

  3. Players may not roll need on items they want to use on an alt unless the group leader says otherwise.

  4. Items that are below green in rarity will be free game. We expect our members to take turns without any problems.
    • Tradeskill items should be offered to crafters first. They will be treated as standard white items if no crafters are present.

  5. Quests that require players to collect different items from the environment (Fungi, boxes, etc.) will be handled on a group-by-group basis with the final decision up to the group leader.

  6. Looting infractions will be recorded by the group leader, and reported to the guild officers, with possible repercussions for repeat offenders.

  7. All loot discrepancies should be handled via PM to guild officers.
