Need some inspiration :) It's hot over here so don't feel like spending too much time in the kitchen and although I know some of you will suggest take-out, I've been there and done that...not that much to choose from over here :)
:spam: <--- NO

It's a night of DJ'ing for me, and I'm a creature of habit. Thursday nights are almost always Hamburger Helper nights. :p
(I'm too lazy to get my own food and that's about all Valen has time to make between getting home from work and the start of my show. Besides, Hamburger Helper is goooood.)

No Aiv...Absolutely NO hamburger helper for you. Not anywhere close to diet friendly. Of course you could have it if you want your muffin top back : )

I have no clue on dinner tonight. Generally speaking we have dinner with my son's grandparents on Thursday nights, yet something in the back of my mind is telling me that they had to cancel this week. So if I'm left to just throw something together it will likely be spaghetti.
Good hot weather food: Grilled chicken or shrimp served over a green salad. Doesn't have to be a ceasar salad per se. Just whatever you like.

Salmon!
Rub it with a generous amount of lemon pepper, wrap it up in tinfoil, and either grill or bake it. Always turns out great for so little prep time!

Stir Fry :)
Get some beef that's pre-chopped up into little pieces. Make up some nice sauce with some Soy Sauce, Powdered Sugar (And a couple other things I can't remember ><). Cook the meat for a bit, take out the meet, throw in the sliced up veggies, cook for a bit, then throw the meat back in. Cook until done. Put it over some steamed rice. Yuuuuuuumeeeeeee!
